On a recent trip to Portland, Oregon, Julia Rymut was lucky to have a visit at Hippo Hardware. This hardware store specializes in antique fixtures for you home–door knobs, sink handles, lights, etc. Oppy, one of the owners of the store, has built his business on this tiny, specific niche. In this interview, I find out about Oppy and Hippo Hardware and how he got started with this specific store.
