There seem to be lots of people who will charge for this knowledge, but there have to be some good free sources out there for identifying profitable niche markets for blogs/websites/forums. What are the best ones? What’s a good place to start?

I don’y want to scroll down 10,000 items to find my niche product.

Go to the Clickbank Marketplace and do a search for the niche keyword in quotes. For example, if the niche was debt relief you would search for “debt relief”.

i know that ebay is where most people go to make a few bucks or turn their hobby into a business but you should try etsy. Since your hobby involves you making your own creations, etsy would be perfect. It allows one to sell items as long as they are the ones who made it. Listing only cost 20 cents and run for 3 months or until is sold. check it out, www.etsy.com
Now with ebay, you have to watch out with their listing fees, there are several but either way you choose, good luck!

find a business which you think can get your interest and try to involve on it. f it works then you can continue doing the routine but if not try to look for a new niche where you feel your in it.

How about a book shop (print and audio) for home based businesses and businesses for teens??? This forum sure sees alot of questions which proves the niche exists. You won’t need alot of inventory… just the resources to find the right product at the right price at the right time for the right customers.

niche markets are for something you’re really passionate about. the fact that you have to ask for a product makes me think you don’t have a passionate niche, therefore go for mass marketing.
